(Saturday, September 15, 2007 - Cable, WI) Corie Berrigan grabbed her Blue Competition Cycles XC Carbon mountain bike and headed to the Chequamegon Fat Tire Festival where she bagged another mountain bike title to add to her list of accomplishments. She was the fastest woman and stopped the clock at 1:01:19.4 in the Short & Fat 16.

Corrie credits her positioning for the win. She reflects, “I got myself into a good 2nd row position right behind two fast local guys that got me out real fast.” “In the early stages of the race there was a woman in front of me when we were racing a paved section — then I got up to her and never say her near me again:”
